For many years Heng, a teacher from Shras Shrang school provided us with the assistance of knowing who is in desperate need, especially focusing on children who study hard. In 2015 he became The Principle of a school nearer Siem Reap.

This is Oul Rose.
One of the brightest kids in the class and is extremely poor. He lives with his mother who is HIV+, his father died of Aids.
We sponsored him for 4 years, providing money for food. Also clothes, toys, vegetables, a bike and school equipment have been provided. Including some medical assistance to people in his village.
Own, and all the children, live near Shras Shrang Lake. She received food money from July 2009 - March 2012
Own's teacher describes her as one of the best in her class, she lives with her mother and 2 small children. When not working she sells bracelets and souvenirs to tourists.

Ngom has no parents and lives with her grandmother. She was not able to graduate without the monthly food money . She recently got a job at a local restaurant and is able to take care of herself and her grandmother now. She expressed her gratitude in the help she received and is working hard and enjoying her life.
Ngom’s parents passed away when she was young, of Aids.
